Hoodie image is a render photo of our actual hoodie and will not be printed with our watermark logo. Due to our screen printing process please allow for slight differences on each hoodie (image may appear darker/lighter).

Returns

1. No returns. All sales are final.

2. Exchanges on a case by case basis (item you would like to exchange is in stock). If accepted, you will be charged a shipping fee (to and from our VR Headquarters) along with a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges must be made within 1 business day (of your item being marked as delivered) and invoices must be paid within 2 hours of being sent to the customer.

2a. If your item has been sent with hang tags, those tags must be attached and unworn. Any items that are being exchanged and are visibly worn, damaged, or laundered, will not be approved for an exchange and we will send the order back to you.

2b. Exchanges are only available for the exact item.

3. Please send an email to vrsupport@vtgrewind.com if you would like to start your Exchange and have the following available:

 All orders will be shipped within 2-3 Business Days (not including shipping time 5-8 business days).

Orders will be provided with tracking information upon the creation of your shipping label. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking history to populate. 

Please allow for 4-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Q: What if I order a VR Item that has an X time for turnaround but I'm ordering other items that are already in stock? When will my order ship to me?  

A: If you would like your other items to arrive prior to your item that is currently in production, please place a separate order for the item(s). Otherwise, your order will ship once that specific item has been made. 

Q: I want a refund, my item was never delivered to me.


A: Once items have been dropped off to USPS, we are not responsible for an lost/stolen/damaged packages. Should you have any questions/concerns about your package not being delivered please contact USPS or visit their website to file a claim; https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. 

Q: Do you ship to X Country?

A: Yes! We ship to all countries. You are responsible for any taxes/import duties that may apply to your order. We are legally required to input the exact amount from your order. Please check with your local laws to find the taxes/import duties that may apply to your packages 

Q: Are you able to drop off my package to a hotel around the Disneyland Hotel?


A: No. All orders are now required to be shipped to the shipping address customers input at checkout.
